"You, me, or nobody hits is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard you hit, it’s about how hard you get hit and keep movin’ forward. How much you can take, and keep movin’ forward. That’s how winning is done!" -ROCKY BALBOA
GRAYSON’S PRIORITIES!
Property Tax Relief that Protects Homeowners and Strengthens Communities
Idaho families are being squeezed by rising property valuations that don’t always reflect real income growth — especially for seniors, working families, and small business owners. Grayson Stone believes the state must get serious about responsible, lasting property tax reform that gives relief to homeowners without crippling local services.
As a business professional and City Council member, Grayson understands the local impact of state tax policy. Cities and counties rely on property tax revenue to fund police, fire departments, and road maintenance — but the current system places too much strain on homeowners when property values spike. Grayson will champion reforms that rebalance this equation: creating predictable levy rates, protecting homeowners from sudden valuation shocks, and incentivizing local governments to prioritize efficiency over tax hikes.
He supports solutions that broaden the tax base fairly, streamline spending, and bring transparency to how tax dollars are used. Property ownership is a cornerstone of the Idaho dream — and Grayson will fight to ensure that hardworking Idahoans aren’t taxed out of their homes.
In the Magic Valley, water is life. The farms, dairies, and small businesses that sustain Twin Falls depend on a stable and fair water policy. Grayson Stone knows that a strong Idaho economy starts with protecting our most vital natural resource — and that means balancing growth with conservation, and ensuring that every water user is treated fairly.
Grayson will bring a pragmatic, informed voice to Boise on issues surrounding the Eastern Snake Plain Aquifer, surface water curtailments, and the complex negotiations affecting Magic Valley agriculture. As a fourth-generation Idahoan from a farming region, he understands the local consequences of distant decisions — and will work to ensure water policy is made by people who live with those decisions every day.
He supports collaboration among agriculture, industry, and conservation groups — not litigation and division. By promoting water efficiency, investing in aquifer recharge projects, and defending private water rights, Grayson will help keep Idaho agriculture strong for the next generation. Under his leadership, Idaho can protect its natural heritage while fostering sustainable growth and jobs.

Strengthening Idaho’s Economy Through Responsible, Guided Growth
The Magic Valley has become one of Idaho’s fastest-growing regions — home to thriving businesses like Chobani, Clif Bar, and other employers who chose Twin Falls because of its work ethic, location, and community spirit. Grayson Stone’s experience as a commercial real estate professional gives him a front-row seat to what makes that growth work — and where government often gets in the way.
As a business leader who has helped facilitate over $177 million in local investments, Grayson has seen firsthand how smart economic development can lift communities. He believes in a balanced approach to growth: one that protects the rural charm of the Magic Valley while providing the infrastructure needed to support new opportunity.
Grayson will push for infrastructure investment — including roads, bridges, broadband, and utilities — that keeps business moving and families connected. He supports common-sense workforce development partnering with the College of Southern Idaho to ensure Idahoans are trained for Idaho jobs. He’ll also advocate for regulatory reform to cut red tape that slows down local agriculture, construction, and small business.
Economic strength isn’t about handouts — it’s about creating the conditions for hard work and innovation to thrive. Grayson’s goal is clear: an Idaho where our kids can find opportunity right here at home.
Prioritizing Public Safety and Supporting Those Who Serve
Safe neighborhoods are the foundation of strong communities. Grayson Stone is proud to have earned the support of local law enforcement — including Twin Falls County Sheriff Jack Johnson and Police Chief Matt Hicks — because they know he has their backs.
Grayson believes we owe our peace officers, firefighters, and first responders more than words of thanks — we owe them the tools, training, and leadership to do their jobs safely and effectively. He supports ensuring our law enforcement agencies have the funding and staffing levels needed to respond quickly in emergencies, maintain modern equipment, and invest in mental health and recruitment initiatives.
As a City Council member, Grayson has seen what happens when state and local governments don’t coordinate: critical responsibilities fall through the cracks. In the legislature, he’ll work to improve cooperation between state and local agencies so that taxpayer dollars deliver real safety results.
He also understands that public safety begins with strong communities — good jobs, well-lit streets, opportunities for youth, and respect for one another. Grayson will continue working to uphold Idaho’s long tradition of law, order, and community trust that makes the Magic Valley a safe place to live and raise a family.

Defending Constitutional Freedoms and Idaho Values
Grayson Stone is and always has been a constitutional conservative. The values that guided Idaho’s founders — faith, freedom, and responsibility — still guide his decisions today.
He is a proud defender of the Second Amendment and believes the right to keep and bear arms is fundamental to personal liberty and self-reliance. As an outdoorsman, Grayson understands Idaho’s deep traditions of hunting, recreation, and personal responsibility — and will oppose any attempt to weaken those rights.
But defending the Constitution means more than safeguarding the Second Amendment. Grayson supports limited government and local control, believing decisions are best made by the people who live and work in a community — not bureaucrats in Boise or Washington, D.C. He’ll fight to ensure that families, farmers, and small businesses have the freedom to chart their own course without unnecessary interference or mandates.
For Grayson, conservatism is not about loud rhetoric — it’s about the quiet conviction to uphold Idaho’s values through action, integrity, and service.
Investing in Education and Opportunity
A strong Idaho future depends on keeping our kids engaged, skilled, and proud to stay right here in the Magic Valley. Grayson believes education should prepare young people not just for college — but for real careers that strengthen our local economy.
He supports strengthening partnerships between local schools and the College of Southern Idaho to expand technical and workforce education, giving students the skills to enter trades, healthcare, agriculture, and technology jobs that are in high demand locally. He supports local control of education, ensuring parents and school boards — not bureaucrats — determine what’s best for students.
Grayson will advocate for policies that help recruit and retain quality teachers, reduce administrative waste, and keep classroom decisions focused on core learning, not political agendas. Education should empower students — not divide communities.
His vision is for every young person in Twin Falls to see Idaho not as a place you leave for opportunity — but as a place you build your opportunity.

Rebuilding Infrastructure and Connecting the Magic Valley
Twin Falls is growing — and with that growth comes new transportation challenges. Grayson has long supported exploring a third bridge crossing over the Snake River Canyon, improving east–west traffic flow, and ensuring emergency response routes can meet the community’s future needs.
As someone who has worked with businesses expanding across the valley, Grayson understands how vital infrastructure is to both safety and growth. He will advocate for state-level support and funding partnerships to upgrade roads, bridges, and utilities throughout the district, while also maintaining accountability and fiscal restraint.
Infrastructure isn’t just concrete and steel — it’s the backbone of our economy. By investing wisely today, we can ensure that the Magic Valley continues to move forward — efficiently, safely, and sustainably — for generations to come.
